About booking process-
To book an appointment, please send your preferred date and 2 to 3 time slots using our appointment form. You can contact us via text, DM, email, or through our website β whichever is most convenient for you.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Once we receive your completed appointment form, we will send you the deposit instructions.

A touch-up is designed to correct any areas that may have healed unevenly or need minor adjustments. If you are happy with the initial result, a touch-up is not necessary.
However, if you would like to make any refinements or notice uneven fading during the healing process, we recommend scheduling a touch-up within the suggested time frame. Please note that all touch-up sessions at our studio are offered as a separate paid service.
While around 70% of our clients are satisfied with just one session, certain skin types or lifestyle factors may result in the need for a touch-up.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if you notify us at least one week in advance, the deposit will be held as store credit and can be applied toward a future appointment.
We kindly ask that you book carefully and with certainty.

Most procedures take about 1 hour, depending on the area. We'll provide a more specific time estimate before your session.
If you're receiving multiple services in one visit, overall time may be shorter since numbing can be done simultaneously.

We accept payment by Cash, Venmo, and Zelle only. Please note that we do not accept card payment.

For travel locations, we operate on a priority list. Once you submit your preferred time and service, we'll reach out in order of the list to confirm your appointment.
