Guest Policy
Due to limited studio space, we kindly ask that you limit accompanying guests to a maximum of 2 people.
Guests are not permitted in the procedure room, as their presence can be distracting and may interfere with the artist’s focus.
Repeated interruptions, talking, or entering the procedure space can impact the quality of the results.
We kindly ask that guests wait comfortably in the designated lounge area.
Since PMU is a long-lasting and delicate procedure, it is essential for the artist to work in a calm and focused environment.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain that space.
Children & Pets
- Children under 10 years old are not permitted in the studio for safety reasons. If you must bring a child, a separate guardian must be present to supervise them at all times.
- Dogs are welcome. However, they are not allowed in the procedure room to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. A dedicated sitter must accompany your pet. If no sitter is available, you must bring a carrier and ensure your pet stays inside the carrier throughout your appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all of our clients and their companions.
Touch-up Policy
At our studio, touch-ups are not free and are considered a separate service.
Unlike tattoos, PMU is semi-permanent and results may vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
Because of many factors beyond my control, a touch-up may be needed.
We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when booking.
Even if pigment fades more than expected or only in certain areas, free touch-ups are not provided.
Touch-ups are not minor fixes.
They require the artist’s time, precision, materials, and full concentration.
Even for small areas, the same level of effort and detail is applied, and the procedure is treated with the same care as the initial session.
We see touch-ups as an opportunity to refine shape, color, and balance, enhancing the overall result. not just making a correction.
If you’d like to boost color or improve definition, you’re welcome to book a touch-up once your skin has fully healed, which typically takes at least 30 days after the initial procedure.
While around 70% of clients are satisfied after just one session, fading or uneven healing may still occur depending on various factors.
For this reason, we recommend planning for the possibility of a paid touch-up when booking a PMU service.
